THE ROLE:

  • Film and edit high-quality video content including property tours, brand campaigns and community features
  • Work closely with sales and lettings teams to create marketing content
  • Manage and grow social media channels
  • Develop and execute content strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Write engaging captions and manage audience interaction
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Oversee website content and produce SEO-focused blog articles
  • Support and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta
  • Engage with local businesses, partners and community initiatives

THE PROFILE:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, content creation or digital media
  • Strong video filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Confident copywriter with strong written communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient using Canva and digital design tools
  • Commercially aware and performance-driven
  • Community-minded, proactive and curious
  • Experience within property or local community marketing beneficial
