Are you confident challenging contractors, interpreting technical data and advising a Management Committee with clarity and authority?

One of North London’s longest-standing community-led housing co-operatives is seeking an Asset Manager to lead on cyclical works, major repairs, compliance oversight and long-term asset planning across 104 residential homes. It is a technically led, strategically important position focused on:

  • Diagnosing complex building issues and specifying technically robust remedial works
  • Critically evaluating contractor proposals to ensure compliance, feasibility and value for money

The Profile:

We are looking for a technically credible, analytically strong asset professional who combines building knowledge with sound judgement.
