One of London's longest‐standing community‐led housing co‐ops is looking for an Office Administrator to support the smooth running of the office across customer support, accounts and back‐office duties. THE ROLE

  • Provide frontline office support: phones, email, visitors, post, filing, and data.
  • Process daily accounts tasks, update accounts and support reconciliations with accuracy.
  • Handle income including rent payments and statements.
  • Process supplier invoices, match work orders, reconcile statements, and maintain payment records.
  • Maintain Member and property records on Arthur; manage keys, appointments and inductions.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, papers and hybrid setups for Committees and the AGM.

THE PROFILE

  • Experience in finance administration (essential).
  • Experience in Property, Real Estate or Housing (essential).
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems (Arthur/Xero experience ideal).
  • Calm, friendly, professional under pressure.
  • Values‐driven and able to handle information with discretion and integrity.
