You’ll inherit a proven sales function generating £2m+ ARR and be responsible for taking it to the next level; embedding process, improving conversion and driving predictable, sustainable growth. This is a strategic, high-value sales environment focused on complex, multi-stakeholder deals rather than volume.

THE ROLE?
  • Own overall sales performance and revenue delivery across the team
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of senior enterprise sales professionals
  • Drive improvements in pipeline quality, conversion rates and forecasting accuracy
  • Implement and embed structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Support high-value deal execution and complex negotiations
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive expansion and retention
  • Partner with RevOps to improve processes, reporting and visibility
  • Contribute to strategic planning and senior stakeholder engagement
