A fast-growing, award-winning smart-buildings technology company is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (BMS / Smart Buildings) to help major property owners optimise building performance using advanced analytics and real-time data. The Role
- Own the full lifecycle of key customer accounts, from onboarding through to renewal and growth
- Act as the technical interface between engineering teams and client stakeholders
- Analyse HVAC, metering and building control performance to drive optimisation
- Deliver training, insights and ongoing advisory support to ensure platform adoption
- Lead regular performance reviews and identify opportunities to expand contracts
- Translate technical data into clear commercial and operational recommendations
- Support continuous product improvement through structured customer feedback
- Help deliver tangible outcomes in energy efficiency, occupant comfort and maintenance strategy
The Profile
- Strong experience in technical account management or building services engineering
- Deep understanding of BMS systems — particularly Niagara (essential)
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, controls strategies and energy optimisation
- Experience with integration protocols such as BACnet, Modbus or similar
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders while maintaining technical credibility
- Highly organised, analytical and naturally inquisitive
- Motivated by purpose, sustainability and real-world performance impact
- Degree or HNC in Building Services Engineering (or similar) advantageous
