Payroll Administrator We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HR and Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Process HR and Payroll data using our HR Cloud system, including managing starter/leaver information and data changes. Assist in building and producing comprehensive HR and Payroll reports. Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, delivering outstanding customer service. Participate in month-end and year-end procedures while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Support the maintenance and improvement of HR and Payroll systems and assist in audit processes. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processing efficiency and service quality. Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity in all payroll operations.
