We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Manager to lead and grow a dynamic roster of talent across fashion, beauty, and broadcast. This role requires a highly connected, commercially minded individual who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and elevating talent careers. You will act as the primary point of contact for your roster, managing day-to-day activity while driving long-term strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within talent management, alongside a strong network and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a roster of talent, including influencers and celebrities across fashion, beauty, and broadcast.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with talent, acting as their primary representative.
