The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to join our growing team.

This is a commercially driven role responsible for managing a roster of creators, driving revenue growth, nurturing brand relationships and identifying new opportunities for talent development.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident negotiating commercial partnerships while maintaining exceptional relationships with both talent and brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of creator talent.
  • Secure paid brand partnerships through both inbound enquiries and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies and key industry contacts.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees and campaign deliverables.
  • Develop long-term career strategies for talent and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to talent.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to exceed commercial targets.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
  • Support talent onboarding, scouting and roster development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience within talent management, influencer marketing or a related industry.
  • Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
  • Proven track record of securing commercial partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded and target-driven.
  • Passion for the creator economy and influencer marketing landscape.
