We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join and support our London team.

This is a hands‑on role, taking ownership of keeping our London office running smoothly, making sure it’s a welcoming, productive, and well‑organised environment for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day‑to‑day running of our London office, ensuring it’s a great place to work.
  • A genuine interest in people and a passion for helping to create a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office culture.
  • In charge of organising office supplies and helping with the coordination of facilities and vendors.
  • Opening the office every morning and act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and deliveries.
  • Jump in to solve problems quickly and creatively, keeping the office running smoothly.
  • Help shape and improve office processes as we continue to grow.
  • A keen eye for detail, particularly when handling administrative tasks related to finance, HR, and our essential health and safety compliance.
  • Support calendar and diary management for the leadership team.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and team events.
  • Help collate and gather information for the internal team to use during the Bid process.
  • In time there may be additional responsibilities given which may include document management, social media, or other skills the applicant can bring to the office.
  • Confident IT skills and quick to learn new systems.

Qualifications & Mandatory Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive, professional communicator — both in person and in writing.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and confidential.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to grow with Reddy Architecture & Urbanism.
  • 1–2 years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Beneficial Additional Skills & Qualities
  • Confident in using systems like Word, Excel, etc.
  • Comfortable with using document management systems.
  • Previous marketing/bid experience and knowledge would be advantageous.
