We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Co‑ordinator to lead health and safety across Housing Property Services. You will drive safer working practices, support compliance, use insight to improve performance, and promote a positive safety culture across the service.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in health and safety management and project delivery
  • Experience in Voids, Repairs & Maintenance, Equipment and Adaptations
  • Experience managing and monitoring revenue contracts
  • Relevant professional qualifications in health and safety, project management and training delivery

Salary, contract and hours

  • Permanent contract
  • Full-time: 37 hours per week
