We are searching for a strategic community management and operations expert to join the International Community team and help grow our client outside of the US.

As the Community Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of jumpstarting and fostering local communities. You will be an expert of the Dutch market, proficient in English, and focused on proactive initiatives to build bridges with local volunteer moderators and innovate, iterate, refine, and scale our international consumer playbook. The insights derived from your relationships and experiments will help accelerate our growth in the Netherlands.

This role involves:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the market and specialized knowledge to identify user and moderator pain points, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Cultivating, recruiting, educating, and growing a local community of moderators and implementing a conversion funnel to onboard external creators and local users.
  • Being a public face with our local volunteer moderators to build trust and drive engagement in local communities.
  • Iterating, innovating, and scaling the consumer growth playbook by recognizing new opportunities and suggesting bold ideas.
  • Communicating quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize and improve the international consumer growth playbook.
  • Running reports, building dashboards, analyzing data, setting KPIs, and executing impactful community initiatives.
  • Working cross-functionally with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD teams.

What We Can Expect From You:

  • 5+ years of community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting experience.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Dutch culture, including current events, politics, customs, traditions, and language.
  • Nuanced comprehension of the digital landscape and cultural intricacies within it.
  • Succinct and persuasive communicator, able to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders.
  • Results-obsessed with outstanding execution and high attention to detail.
  • Deep interest in developing and driving projects, framing issues, and seeking solutions.
  • Proficiency in Dutch.
