We’re assembling a collaborative team to drive Reddit Ads product adoption within our Global Sales organisation and with advertisers. The Product Adoption team’s mission is to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. Product Adoption Strategists are Reddit ads product evangelists and experts.

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling ads product adoption across the Large Customer Sales advertisers in Europe. You will partner with Sales to pitch, onboard, activate, and grow advertisers on our most critical product solutions and activate high-priority business opportunities. Your close partners include Sales, PMM, Product, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, and other PA team members.

You will drive the activation of the most relevant ad products to meet our customers' performance goals. You will enable and equip Sales with the right knowledge, training, collateral, market insights, and tools needed to drive customer success. You will work directly with advertisers to pitch, onboard, and activate across a variety of our product solutions. And you will advocate for the needs, opportunities, and gaps that Reddit advertisers experience with Reddit’s PMM and Product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Lead efforts to scale the adoption of Reddit’s priority ads products, increasing advertiser engagement and revenue.
  • Program Development: Develop and manage programs to support product adoption across Large Customer Sales (LCS) advertisers and sales teams in the United Kingdom.
  • Client Engagement: Work directly with advertisers to identify, pitch, activate, onboard, and grow clients with strategic product opportunities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Strategy & Operations (S&O), Product Adoption Strategy & Operations (PASO), Enablement, and Product teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment of strategic goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge, training, collateral, and market insights to effectively position and implement Reddit's ad products.
  • Feedback Loop: Advocate for advertiser needs and identify opportunities and gaps, providing feedback to PMM and Product teams to inform ongoing product development.
  • Reporting and Measurement: Partner with Sales and Strategy/Ops leadership to understand progress to goal and identify steps that can be taken to accelerate outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or relevant industries.
  • Industry Experience: A strong background in product adoption, growth, or sales strategy within the digital advertising industry.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with partner teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive program success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Client-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive their success.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools to track key metrics and outcomes.
  • Project Management: Excellent program and project management skills; ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
