Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution calendar for an assigned advertiser or partner portfolio.
  • Develop multi-month roadmaps that align with research and business goals, ensuring these programs directly drive platform adoption and revenue.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of 3rd party partnerships, including discovery, vetting, and onboarding.
  • Work with Product Marketing (PMMs) to execute inbound/outbound requests to identify both market-leading and emergent vendors.
  • Co-author requests for information (RFI) and program briefs that clearly outline Reddit's needs.
  • Partner laterally across internal commercial leadership and external vendors to facilitate joint scoping, milestone scheduling, and field-readiness.
  • Serve as the internal expert on measurement efficacy.
  • Act as a neutral evaluator of platform and partner performance, identifying where current tools fall short and championing improvements to data architecture and pipeline connectivity.
  • Provide guidance on technical data flows, including how data pipelines connect, and advise on methodologies for MTA, sales/brand lift, and geo-lifts to support global revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in advertising or analytics at a research vendor, measurement company, media owner, or agency, with at least 1 year of dedicated experience in digital advertising.
  • Proven ability to set up and manage measurement programs with external partners; experienced in driving program adoption and hitting specific revenue goals within a client base.
  • Familiarity with the advertising measurement landscape, including attitudinal survey research, online/offline sales/ROI measurement, and methodologies such as MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • A strong track record in the execution, analysis, and presentation of quantitative advertising research, and a working knowledge of ad tech (serving, targeting, optimization, and data flows).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate complex measurement issues to stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Experience at a social media platform is a plus.
  • Experience working in evolving environments where you can help the business hit revenue goals even when processes are being built from the ground up.
