We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Business Analytics Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business analytics function, from setting the strategic direction to ensuring the delivery of actionable insights that drive business growth. This role can be based in New York, London or Dublin.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for business analytics, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), data sources, and analytical methodologies.
  • Design, develop, and implement data analysis processes and workflows to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Conduct and interpret complex data analysis using various statistical tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  • Translate data insights into clear and concise reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in business analytics and recommend their implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and prioritize the team's workload, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analytics or data science role.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of analysts.
  • Strong understanding of data mining, modeling, and analytical methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Looker).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
