- Executive Proxy & Strategic Alignment: Represent the EVP in key cross-functional leadership forums, planning reviews, and offsites, building bottoms-up consensus and alignment before issues require top-down intervention.
- Surface Field Signals: Synthesize customer sentiment, competitive dynamics, and field feedback directly from front-line sales teams to keep executive leadership deeply connected to market realities.
- Pre-Frame Executive Decisions: Ensure material revenue proposals and strategic escalations reaching the EVP are pre-framed with clear context and explicit recommendations, allowing leadership to focus on high-order strategic decisions.
- Orchestrate Business Cadence: Maintain the global sales operational rhythm, including leadership reviews, quarterly business reviews, strategic offsites, and key team communication forums, ensuring priorities are proactively tracked and fire drills are minimized.
- Cross-Functional Alignment with Sales Strategy & Operations: Partner seamlessly with Sales Strategy & Operations by translating strategic outputs into operational workstreams, leadership narratives, and review frameworks.
- Executive Communications & Collateral: Drive end-to-end preparation of strategic collateral, executive presentations, board materials, and organizational communications in close coordination with Internal Comms partners.
- Track & Report on Key Commercial Initiatives: Track high-priority commercial initiatives and global sales bets, ensuring every key initiative has a clearly defined owner, success metrics, and milestones.
- Accountability & Execution: Ensure regional and functional leaders leave executive reviews with clear action items and deadlines; track ongoing performance against overarching organization priorities.
- Cross-Functional Initiative Support: Drive alignment and operational support for complex, multi-functional sales initiatives across GTM, Product, Marketing, and SS&O.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a Sales/revenue/business strategy & operations role within an ad sales organization.
- Deep understanding of the rhythm of the business in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex data/insights and build actionable strategies around the highest impact opportunities.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented and committed to driving measurable impact.
- Innovative operator, accustomed to leveraging technology (i.e. AI, tooling), to scale, improve and help the team operate more effectively.
The Ideal Candidate:

- Is organized and can build their own structure.
- Is a strong communicator.
- Is an optimist.
- Is humble.
- Can effectively communicate with everyone from engineers to sales.
- Is fact-based, and willing to be hypothesis-driven.
