Oversee multiple Contracts from conception to completion

Manage site teams and coordinate their activities

Effectively manage project budgets

Ensure programs are being maintained and ensure timely completions

Attend client meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, site staff, administration and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)

Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations and uphold site standards

Prepare compliant Risk Assessments and plan of works as well as company required documentation
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic qualified contracts manager to join our team and support the continued growth of our company., * Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
