As Head of Department, youwill:
- be accountable for student progress and developmentwithin the subject area;
- develop and enhancethe curriculum implementation and pedagogical development of others;
- ensure the provision of an appropriately broad,balanced and ambitious curriculum for students studying English
- be accountable for leading, managing and developingthe subject/curriculum area;
- effectively manage and deploy teaching, supportstaff, financial and physical resources within the Subject area to support the improvementplan.
