Overview
We are looking for someone who already moves in the right rooms - someone who knows how to connect with high-performing, emotionally intelligent individuals and who understands the pace, discretion, and polish that high-net-worth circles require. This is a small start-up, and your role will be to help us deepen our existing network and thoughtfully grow it - matching quality singles, collaborating with agency partners, and introducing Reddi to the kind of people who'd genuinely thrive here.
What You'll Be Doing
- Matchmaking: Shortlist, interview, and match members using profile insights, preferences, and intuitive compatibility.
- Relationship Stewardship: Nurture connections with Reddi members and partners—and identify new individuals, venues, and networks that align with our community.
- Sourcing & Headhunting: Use your own network, presence, and social platforms to identify high-quality singles - particularly those who wouldn't normally be on apps.
- Sales & Value Communication: Spot when a member may benefit from curated support, upgrades, or introductions - and communicate that clearly.
- Light AI & Design: Confident using ChatGPT to draft bios and Canva for basic visuals (optional but useful).
- Operations & Process: Keep things moving. Use systems, track outreach, and maintain quality at every step.
- Offline Engagement: Attend events and support our curated dinners and mixers alongside the founder.
You Already Have
- Embedded access to high-net-worth or influential circles - whether that's through your personal network, professional role, or community.
- Natural confidence and warmth in engaging with accomplished individuals.
- Prior experience in matchmaking, coaching, talent sourcing, client services, luxury, or private network building.
- A high attention to detail and a reputation for delivering thoughtful, human-centred work.
- A self-led work style with excellent communication and follow-through.
Bonus If You
- Understand dating psychology or attachment theory.
- Have worked in private client services, recruitment, or executive coaching.
- Are comfortable facilitating or co-hosting offline events with flair and professionalism.
Structure & Perks
- Freelance | 10–20 hours/week
- Flexible, remote with weekly Soho House (Greek Street) catch-ups potentially if required
