Part Time Permanent (FTE 0.8) – 4 days per week

Pay: Mainscale/Upper Scale Outer London plus TLR2b £5,171 (@ 0.8 FTE) (subject to pay award)
Key Responsibilities:- Support the day-to-day running of a large and varied SEND faculty.
- Assist young adults in overcoming barriers to learning to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with staff and students to realise the vision, values and ethos of the school.
- Maintain positive relationships with pupils, offering high expectations and support.
- Recent experience working with young people or a passion for supporting those with Special Educational Needs.
- Positive, resilient approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capability to speak a second language or sign language is advantageous.
- Committed to inclusive, high expectations for all pupils.
- Flexible working from day one.
- Wellbeing and medical support via "Spark" and "Medicash" organisations, including GP helpline, physiotherapy, optical support, dental treatment and counselling service.
- Parental, compassionate and carer leave at or above statutory levels.
- Child places available for staff.
- Enhanced DBS and children’s barred list check required.
