Location: Darlington with UK wide travel

Salary: £35,000 per annum plus company car/car allowance and other company benefits

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Learning and Development team to support the design, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of an integrated talent management framework across the Group. This exciting role will work closely with the Heads of Learning and Development, focusing on new, early, and developing talent. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of ZIGUP’s Talent Team, supporting the successful delivery of group-wide programmes including Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes, and Student Placements. Additionally, the role will contribute to broader talent management initiatives such as future workforce planning and succession development. About you: You will have experience supporting direct reports with complex projects and delivering results through collaborative working. You will be highly organised, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support Learning and Development or HR initiatives from planning through to delivery. You will have excellent IT skills and be confident using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams, to produce reports and analyse data. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and insights. You will be passionate about learning and development, committed to your own CPD, and open to pursuing further professional qualifications. You will have the confidence to work independently, plan your workload effectively, and meet tight deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations. You will be a strong team player who works well with colleagues across the business and contributes positively to a high-performing team culture. You will ideally have experience supporting Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes, as well as an understanding of Talent Management frameworks and mentoring practices.
