This is a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant, evolving business as a BI & Reporting Analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Senior BI & Reporting Analyst, you will work alongside our technical BI development team to deliver vital BI and reporting projects. Helping to design and build a robust enterprise BI and reporting platform for FMGRS, Group HR and our customers, while ensuring the platform is maintained and continuously improved.
You will build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and truly understand how our business works, adhering to data governance standards to ensure best practice and compliance is embedded in all the team deliver. This varied role will also see you working alongside our internal business users and teams.

About You:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent work-based experience, with 3 years+ experience working in a BI or reporting analyst role.
- A proven track record of delivering structured BI and reporting solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI (including the usage of DAX) and SSRS would be desirable.
- Great communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and their expectations.
- A professional qualification such as Microsoft PL- is desirable but not essential for this role.
