JUNIOR POS ARTWORKER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Established in 2002, Redd is dedicated to creating stunning displays, shop-in-shop furniture, exhibition spaces and display accessories for a wide range of international brands and retailers. Along with our unique head office in rural Leicestershire, we have teams in New York and Hong Kong, as well as dedicated production facilities in China and Mexico. DESCRIPTION: This is an excellent opportunity for a highly competent PC/Mac based POS Artworker/Graphic Designer to grow in our friendly, fast paced studio at our unique premises in Leicestershire. Alongside busy UK and Far East production schedules, the role requires the ability to interpret briefs and development drawings to create technically precise production artwork, assembly guides and packaging labels for POS displays, shop-in-shop furniture and instore graphics. A keen eye for detail and a good understanding of the design process is therefore essential in order to create accurate, production artwork for digital platforms and all print & manufacturing processes. Working directly with clients through the approval process and alongside senior designers, the role requires adhering to strict brand guidelines, supported by a strong creative background for when original design input is required. Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills are important in our busy studio and the ability to focus on several projects simultaneously under pressure is crucial. Ability to micro manage graphics projects, assist with quotations & raising orders as well as generating new directions for internal marketing material will also be occasionally required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • Educated to degree level or equivalent with some experience in industry is preferred. • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Microsoft Office is essential. • Good knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere and After Effects will be a strong advantage. • Experience in design & management of websites (Squarespace / Wix Studio) & all social media platforms are also a huge advantage
