We at Reddbrick are recruiting for a leading contractor delivering Retirement Living schemes. Future works will be in the Durham and North East region. We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the dynamic team.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee the construction of Retirement living projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Help to support the construction site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the site team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards.
- Enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
