About the Role- Headhunt top-tier talent across construction and the built environment
- Regular site visits across Yorkshire and the Midlands to build authentic relationships
- Screen, qualify, and nurture candidates who are serious about their next career move
- Work directly with a Director who has over a decade of construction recruitment expertise
- Hybrid flexibility, but you must be based locally to Sheffield
- You’re confident, outgoing, and love talking to people
- You might already work in recruitment or construction sales – or you’re ready to make your first move
- A driver’s licence and willingness to get out and about (PPE provided!)
- Self-motivated and resilient – you don’t wait to be told what to do
