The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a progressive, successful main building contractor in the North, being based out of their Wakefield office. The company delivers large, new build and refurbishment schemes including commercial offices, retail, education, health-care, hotels, and leisure.
The candidate for the role will be someone who has experience of working with COBie asset information, being able to collect and validate key information prior to project handover. They will also have at least 3 years of experience with the ISO 19650 Suite and extensive experience using clash detection tools including Navisworks.
Digital Engineer Responsibilities:- Experience of 3D and 4D models which meet the relevant client, industry, and corporate standards.
- Providing BIM delivery support for tenders and project teams for model coordination and clash detection.
- Creating, modifying, and reviewing multi-discipline BIM models using suitable authoring and checking tools.
- Coding experience and use of Common Data Environments.
- Experienced user of Revit and Navisworks and other clash detection tools.
- Understanding of 4D modelling and construction sequencing.
- BIM model coordination processes.
- Knowledge of BS1192 and ISO 19650 Suite of documents.
- Experienced in working with COBie asset information.
- Coding experience.
- Autodesk AEC Suite (AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks Manage, 3DS Max).
