The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring seamless daily operations, overseeing service standards, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Featuring a triple-aspect dining room bathed in natural light and overlooking beautifully manicured lawns, guests can also enjoy al fresco dining on the terrace during warm summer evenings. The stylish bar serves expertly crafted cocktails and aperitifs, providing a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant prides itself on crafting simple yet exquisite menus, celebrating local, seasonal ingredients. With a commitment to sustainability, 80% of ingredients are sourced within a 20-mile radius, including fresh produce from the hotel’s own kitchen and herb gardens. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service at all times
  • Supervise and train team members, ensuring they are fully knowledgeable in all aspects of food and beverage service

Working Hours
