Role Description
RedCompass Labs is seeking a strategic and hands-on Payments Product Marketing Manager for a 6-month contract to lead the marketing of our innovative suite of Expert AI Payments Agents. These agents bring the power of Hybrid Intelligence to complex payments modernization projects, transforming how banks and payment platforms tackle regulatory change, system upgrades, and system integration.
You’ll work closely with the product, consulting, and engineering teams to craft and communicate compelling value propositions. This role is pivotal in launching and driving the adoption of our AI agents across key channels — from web and sales enablement materials to analyst briefings and customer presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Positioning & Messaging
- Craft clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for each AI Agent based on customer pain points and industry trends
- Develop compelling narratives that bring the Hybrid Intelligence vision to life
- Execution
- Support and execute the marketing strategy in partnership with the Executive, Product and Marketing leadership teams
- Plan and deliver product launches across digital channels and internal sales materials
- Prepare web presences, briefing packs, talking points, and pitch decks for sales and analyst engagements
- Collaborate on strategic partnerships where relevant
- Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct win/loss interviews and gather competitive intelligence
- Build and refine buyer personas to inform messaging and campaigns
- Use market feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market planning
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, consulting, and leadership to align messaging and ensure successful adoption
- Collaborate with sales to ensure consistent execution across touchpoints and that marketing materials meet their needs
Key Deliverables (within 6 months):
- Develop core messaging and positioning for each AI use case
- Deliver a suite of sales and marketing materials, including:
- Web copy, landing pages and explainer videos
- Product factsheets and one-pagers
- Sales decks and client-facing presentations
- Briefing packs and messaging guides for internal use
- Briefing packs for analysts
- Creative briefs and scripts for video content
- Product demos
- Contribute to RedCompass Labs’ content pipeline with use case narratives and customer stories
- Support enablement across sales and pre-sales teams with tailored content
To be successful in this role you need the following:
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, with a focus on payments
- Strong track record of launching and driving adoption for innovative products
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills — able to distil technical products into compelling narratives
- Analytical mindset with experience in persona development, competitive analysis, and customer research
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with shifting priorities
- Passion for AI, payments, or enterprise technology a must have
