By combining AI, the latest red flags, crime models, and OSINT data, our system helps detect crimes across labour, sex trafficking and child sexual exploitation.
RedCompass Labs is expanding our Commercial Team and we’re looking for an Account Coordinator to help keep our sales engine running smoothly. Reporting to the SVP Payments for UK and Europe, this role is the operational backbone of the commercial function - ensuring our pipeline, contracts, documentation, and internal processes are accurate, efficient, and always one step ahead of what the team needs.
This is not a client-facing sales role. It’s a critical internal enablement position for someone who takes pride in process ownership, with attention to detail, gets satisfaction from bringing order to complexity, and understands that the best sales teams win because their operations are airtight.
- Owning CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot, including data entry, record maintenance, and reporting
- Supporting contract renewals, extensions, and amendments, coordinating between internal stakeholders, legal, and delivery teams
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of account plans, including tracking key contacts, opportunity timelines, and renewal milestones across the portfolio
- Building and maintaining templates, playbooks, and process documentation for the commercial team
- Informing sales reports, pipeline dashboards, and insights for leadership review
- Liaising with Finance, Legal, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure commercial workflows move without friction
- Tracking action items, deadlines, and dependencies across active opportunities and regional accounts
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around contracts, data, and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment where priorities shift.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in a sales operations, sales support, or commercial administration role.
- Experience with HubSpot as a CRM.
- Exposure to professional services, consultancy, banking, or fintech environments.
- Experience supporting contract or procurement processes with large enterprise clients.
- Experience building AI agents/skills.
- Bilingual e.g. French/English.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies even from a supporting/administrative lens.
