We’re seeking exceptional AI Engineers to join our foundational AI Engineering team.
Your role: transform cutting‑edge research and prototypes into robust, production‑ready AI solutions. You'll tackle sophisticated challenges within a regulated, high‑stakes environment, developing scalable AI that augments human expertise.
As an AI Engineer, you would:
- Take proven concepts from research and turn them into production‑grade, client‑facing AI solutions.
- Design, build, and scale sophisticated multi‑agent workflows that automate complex financial analysis.
- Engineer robust Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines leveraging financial rulebooks, regulatory documentation, and client knowledge bases.
- Develop secure, scalable backend services and APIs (primarily Python/FastAPI) deployed in Azure cloud environments.
- Implement and enhance MLOps and DevOps practices, using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, domain experts, and UX designers, converting complex business requirements into clear, impactful features.
Candidate Profile: We’re seeking product‑centric engineers who thrive on complex challenges, rapidly acquire new technical skills, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with proven expertise developing and deploying production‑grade systems.
- Experience or strong interest in modern AI, agentic software development, and use of LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in either Python/Typescript.
- Understanding (or strong interest) in embedding models, retrieval‑based AI architectures (RAG), and vector databases.
- Familiarity with cloud‑native software development, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
- Commitment to learning and leveraging new technologies and AI tools rapidly and effectively.
- A ‘t‑shaped’ engineering mindset, and a willingness to stretch into tasks such as automation testing, devops, data engineering when the work needs it.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Previous experience with multi‑agent systems or complex workflow automation.
- Background in fintech, banking, payments, or compliance industries.
- Experience with high‑performance API frameworks (FastAPI).
- Core AI & LLMs: Python, LLM frameworks such as Autogen, LangChain, Pydantic‑AI, etc.
- Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and MCP servers.
- Front‑end: TypeScript and React.
