Redcloud is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, payroll inputs, benefits, and employment documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will triage HR queries, maintain a knowledge base, improve templates and workflows, and drive data quality in HR systems (Hi Bob).

This hands-on role offers immediate ownership with a path to a permanent position.
