  • While not primarily a coding role, your deep understanding of the software development lifecycle is crucial. You will support your team in making key technical decisions, navigating design trade-offs, and ensuring the systems they build are scalable and high-quality.
  • Build productive partnerships with Product Managers, designers, and other teams. You are responsible for clearly communicating your team\’s roadmap, providing timely updates, and managing expectations so your team can focus.
  • You will identify headcount needs for your team and take an active role in planning, recruiting, and hiring new engineers.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Experience leading software engineering teams, whether as an Engineering Manager, a Tech Lead, or a senior engineer.
  • A track record of successfully delivering complex, high-quality software projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in people management, including performance management and career development.
