Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Align CRM initiatives with local marketing plans, product launches and campaigns

CRM System Management

  • Lead our Hubspot, configuration and information architecture
  • Leverage new AI driven Hubspot features where possible to help us scale efficiently.
  • Maximise data quality & integrity, system optimization, and integration with other tools (e.g.website webforms, Segment / Twillio), using Hubspot workflows to keep data organised, segmented and clean.
  • Deliver email alerts to marketing & sales teams and leadership based on key events in Hubspot.

Customer Segmentation & Targeting

  • Create and maintain customer segments aligned to our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), based on demographics and behaviour.
  • Personalize communications and campaigns for different segments.

Campaign & Sales pipeline Management

  • Plan and execute email and multi-channel campaigns to nurture leads and engage prospects and customers based on lifecycle stage, using nurture sequences to automate engagement where possible
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, etc.).
  • Work with sales leadership to oversee sales pipeline with Hubspot from MQLto deal closure; ensuring sales people are enabled on Hubspot use

Sales Pipeline Operations

  • Work with sales leadership to oversee sales pipeline with Hubspot from MQLto deal closure; making appropriate reporting dashboards available
  • Train and support sales teams on use of Hubspot sales features from MQL acceptance to close, including appropriate use of notes, update fields and attachments.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Train and support internal users on CRM best practices.

What you’ll need:

  • Education:Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience:3–5+ years in CRM management, preferably with a mixture of B2B and B2C experience in marketing and/or sales (some of our customers behave more like consumers)
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM platforms – ideally Hubspot, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
  • Adoption of AI tools to scale and improve marketing & sales performance
  • Soft Skills:Strong analytical thinking, communication, influence, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • CRM adoption and usage rates within marketing & sales
  • Marketing lead generation, conversion and pipeline contribution
  • Campaign performance metrics
  • Data quality and system uptime
