We are currently hiring a Nurse Educator in our clients new state of the art hospital in the beautiful Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to work while enjoying the tropical paradise lifestyle. Earning a tax-free salary along with an attractive relocation package

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate orientation, in-service, and continuing education programs for nursing staff.
  • Facilitate clinical skills training, simulation-based learning, and competency assessments.
  • Integrate evidence-based practice into all training materials and activities.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to address performance gaps.
  • Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • BSc Nursing (required), MSc (preferred)
  • RN license, 5–7 years clinical experience, 2+ in education
  • Strong teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in educational technology, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
