We are currently hiring a Nurse Educator in our client's new state of the art hospital in the beautiful Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to work while enjoying the tropical paradise lifestyle, earning a tax-free salary along with an attractive relocation package.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate orientation, in-service, and continuing education programs for nursing staff.
- Facilitate clinical skills training, simulation-based learning, and competency assessments.
- Integrate evidence-based practice into all training materials and activities.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to address performance gaps.
- Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development.
Requirements
- BSc Nursing (required), MSc (preferred)
- RN license, 5β7 years clinical experience, 2+ in education
- Strong teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in educational technology, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
