AIM OF THE ROLE:
The Contracts Management Executive plays a vital role acting as quality and assurance for creation of all contract documents on behalf of the Redcentric sales team. The Contract Management team liaise with the sales team, solutions team, legal team & project management team regarding all areas of the sales order process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- QA on all orders submitted for processing to ensure all mandatory documents have been supplied;
- Order types include; New Business, Upsell, Upgrade/Replace, Contract Extensions, Portal Orders & Order acknowledgements for One Off Sales;
- Contract creation in system;
- Initiate solution sign off to ensure technical accuracy & obtain financial approval when required;
- Liaise with the legal team when required;
- Manage the docusign process for all contracts & NDAs;
- Manage the shared inbox;
- Administer the contract change process when a solution requirement has changed post signature;
- Generation of renewal reports for sales.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to be able to liaise with internal and external contacts at all levels;
- Effective use of the telephone and Microsoft Office packages - including email, word and excel;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good attention to detail.
HOURS OF WORK
The Company's standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.00am until 5:30pm, and from 9.00am until 3:30pm on a Friday, with one hour for lunch.
