Overview
Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2026, working 21 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and one other preferred day).
Arts Council recognises flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcomes applications from individuals who require flexibility.
Salary: £36,987 (pro rata) per annum, plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Manchester, Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Bristol or Brighton. The roles will be based at one of the office bases listed; however, we operate a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week.
Role
An exciting opportunity to join the Digital Culture Network as a SEO/SEM Tech Champion. The network supports the development of skills of the creative and cultural sector in England.
Responsibilities
- Provide actionable one-to-one advice, delivery of training and creation of resources to share best practice and guide organisations and individuals to make the most of their SEO/SEM opportunities.
- Work with the national team of Tech Champions to provide support and expertise across the country.
- Mentor and support others and contribute to national team working; demonstrate initiative and independence.
Qualifications
- Experienced SEO/SEM professional with a good understanding of how arts organisations might use this technology to their best advantage.
- Drive, ambition and communication skills to encourage and support organisations and individuals at all levels to realise their digital ambitions.
- Ability to work independently on initiative; comfortable working in a national, collaborative team.
