We are looking for an experienced and adaptable General Manager to lead a unique hospitality business in the heart of Glastonbury — a vibrant, quirky town loved by tourists and locals alike. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident GM who can flex between hotel operations, fresh food, and high street hospitality, all within a Grade I listed building full of character (and the challenges that come with it!).
The Offer:
- Salary up to £45,000 (with flexibility for the right candidate).
- Live-in accommodation.
- £27 AWT with a balanced split: 40% Food, 40% Drink, 20% Accommodation.
- Newly refurbished 1-bed General Manager flat, featuring: Separate private entrance, Kitchen & lounge, Shower room.
