We’re on the lookout for a passionate, commercially minded, and people-focused General Manager
As a business, RedCat are operating well and there’s lots of positive news out there about us at the moment. It’s no secret that we’re in growth mode and we would love you to come and be part of the excitement. We aim to grow to over 65 sites in the next five years, across RedCat Independent Pubs and our sister company, Coaching Inns.

The job in a nutshell
- Take full accountability for day-to-day operations of the pub and restaurant
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing front and back-of-house team
- Deliver consistently outstanding service, food, and drink quality
- Drive revenue through events, promotions, and exceptional hospitality
- Oversee stock control, staffing, budgets, and compliance
- Build strong local relationships and maintain a loyal customer base
- Proven experience as a General Manager
- A confident leader with a hands-on approach and great communication skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to maximise sales and control costs
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Experience managing food-led pubs or restaurants
