Team Member – FOH at RedCat. You love the venue you work for, and you are passionate about giving your guests an incredible experience. You share courteous and hospitable values with your Managers so making recommendations to guests, offering friendly conversation and answering questions promptly will come naturally. You should have an interest and understanding of how promotions and recommendations support profitability and growth, while ensuring all bills are recorded and paid for accurately. You understand the importance of keeping a clean and tidy section and adhering to RedCat health and safety standards, ensuring your department is inviting and presented at all times.
RedCat are acquiring multiple pubs and inns in sought-after locations across the UK, investing in buildings, design, branding, and most of all, people to revive and regenerate spaces and inject excitement back into hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- You’re a team player — Works naturally as part of a team, communicates well and collaborates with colleagues and other departments to achieve the best levels of customer experience.
