We're in the market for a new superstar Sous Chef to join the team at the stunning The Rockingham Arms in Romsey. The pub is popular with locals and tourists alike, and we need a strong Sous to join the leadership team of the pub.
The Rockingham Arms has really established itself as a stunning gastro-pub located in Hampshire and is part of Red Cat Pub Company, who offer over 35 other premium offerings country-wide. The pub is well-known for serving an amazing quality of British classics, all made from scratch, in the well stocked kitchen. The Head Chef has been with us for a while and is now looking for a new Sous Chef to complement him.
The ideal Sous Chef will come from a similar fresh-food background, showcasing an attention to detail and a passion for 'serving the good stuff'. Now is an awesome time to look to join the kitchen team at The Rockingham Arms. In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £35k per annum, as well as an awesome atmosphere to work in, and a route of progression to aim for too.
