About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Sous Chef to join our brigade. You’ll support the Head Chef in running a smooth, efficient kitchen that’s creative, consistent, and customer-focused.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating the team in day-to-day service
- Supporting with all aspects of kitchen operations, stock, and ordering
- Maintaining excellent food standards, hygiene, and consistency
- Getting creative with bespoke weekly specials — seasonal, local, and designed to showcase your skill and flair
- Helping to train junior staff and build a positive, respectful kitchen culture
- Contributing ideas as we evolve the menu and shape the future of the food offer
