The pub is popular with locals and tourists alike, and we need a strong Chef to join the Kitchen team. The Green Man is a well-established gastro-pub located in Herefordshire and is part of Red Cat Independent Pubs, offering over 35 other premium venues nationwide. The pub is well-known for serving an amazing quality of British classics, all made from scratch, in a well-stocked kitchen. The Head Chef Sam and Sous Chef Jamie have been with us for a while. They are now looking for someone special to join their team.
