Under the leadership of the Head Chef, the kitchen crafts seasonal dishes that blend traditional British flavours with modern flair, complemented by an extensive wine list and a selection of fine ales.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard across your section.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to menu development with seasonal and creative ideas.
- Help train and guide junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up.
