Overview
We are seeking an individual who is able to work up to 5 mornings a week to provide our guests with the most important meal of the day!
As well as cooking breakfast for our hotel guests, the breakfast cook is also responsible for accepting in deliveries which arrive early morning, some deep clean tasks and general prep to help the service team prepare for Lunch and Dinner.

The job in a nutshell
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard across your section

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis ready to step up
- A genuine love of cooking and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- A calm head under pressure and a drive to continuously improve
- Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred)
