We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender to serve guests at our pubs and create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- You’re a team player – work naturally as part of a team, communicate well, and show consideration with colleagues and other departments to achieve the best levels of customer experience.
- You are smart and friendly – well presented with a professional and approachable manner, staying calm and courteous even through the busiest shifts.
- You are well organised and tidy – multitask and prioritise customer requests while maintaining a neat, tidy area and presenting the space beautifully.
- Let’s be safe – demonstrate awareness of allergen safety and adhere to health and safety procedures and licensing laws at all times; communicate any risks to managers.
- A product expert – know everything about our offering, from a perfectly garnished gin and tonic to an Instagram‑able table setting.
- Stock and cash handling – confident using EPOS systems to accurately record orders and take payments.
- You are ready to learn – receive training through online courses and on‑the‑job coaching, absorbing information to become the best you can be.
This role is part‑time and open to candidates in the Birmingham, Derby, West Bridgford, Burton Upon Trent and other UK locations.
