Digital Website, Marketing & Content Manager | Hybrid – Midlands (But very flexible) | Up to £50k
A leading brand is undergoing significant UK expansion and seeking a Digital Website, Marketing & Content Manager to help shape their website performance and digital presence, working closely with the Head of Digital. This is a high-impact role where you\'ll be the driving force behind their online customer journey, from optimising site content and SEO strategy to improving conversion rates and user experience. This is a broad role, and we’re not expecting you to have every skill listed! What we want is broad digital skills, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude!
Responsibilities
- Own day to day website strategy and performance, setting targets, reporting progress, and proactively driving continuous improvement
- Implement and evolve SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic
- Manage CMS (WordPress or similar) to maintain and enhance the site with new campaigns, offers, and product content
- Optimize conversion rates through improved UX, site speed, navigation, forms, and CTAs
- Build and optimize landing pages and digital customer journeys across the full funnel
- Collaborate with designers and agencies to develop on-brand content and campaign assets
- Use analytics to identify friction points and opportunities in the customer journey
- Support multi-channel digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Set up tracking and reporting through Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Salesforce CRM
Qualifications / What You\\\'ll Bring
- 5+ years in digital marketing with strong website management, CRO and CMS experience
- Strong SEO experience, CRO, and the skills/ knowledge to improve site performance
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (or similar CMS) and analytics tools
- Understanding of UX principles and how to optimise digital journeys
- Comfortable working with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
- Content development skills—able to brief and collaborate with designers/agencies
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
