Solutions Architect

Working for a fast-growing SaaS company serving some of the world’s most renowned brands, the Solutions Architect will act as the technical expert throughout the pre‑sales process. This is a highly influential, client‑facing role where you will help prospective customers understand how the platform works, how it fits into their data and cloud strategy, and how it can power new use cases across their organisation.

The Solutions Architect will guide customers through product demos, technical discovery, architectural design, and proof‑of‑concepts. You’ll also collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure successful handover into implementation and contribute insights that help shape future product development.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the sale of the company’s solutions across all markets.
• Deliver high‑impact product demos and lead technical discovery conversations with IT, data engineering, analytics and marketing stakeholders.
• Translate customer business strategy into technical configurations and architectural recommendations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during the pre‑sales cycle.
• Design integration approaches across cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, customer data platforms, MarTech and AdTech environments.
• Identify new use cases and develop solution methodologies to support commercial growth.
• Build and support proof‑of‑concept implementations for strategic opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry technologies and trends.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Managers on feature gaps, customer requirements and emerging market needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in client‑facing technical consulting, pre‑sales or solutions architecture at a SaaS company.
• Excellent communication skills and great stakeholder management.
• Good technical understanding.
• Experience working in cloud infrastructure is a plus.
• Additional European manager skills beneficial (German or French in particular).
• Candidate backgrounds: Sales Engineer, Technical Solutions Consultant, Implementation Engineer, etc.
