Our client is a global publisher with a wide range of well-known brands under their belt. The company's award-winning content reaches a billion video views each month. The company is headquartered in London and New York, and operates in dozens of markets worldwide.

They are looking for a Junior and a Senior Performance Media Campaign Specialist with paid social experience to support social and branded content across this brand's 12 advertising categories.

You’ll build and optimize campaigns, surface learnings, and solve problems quickly whilst showcasing exceptional communication skills, displaying attention to detail, and will have a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Manage the optimization of campaigns across social platforms, YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads and their brand.
  • Provide internal stakeholders campaign analysis to surface actionable insights and learnings that can be utilized in the sales process.
  • Analyze audience data, historical ad performance, and industry trends to make informed client-facing recommendations and internal decisions.
  • Deliver in-flight and end-of-campaign recaps outlining success and opportunities to scale performance or future growth.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve campaign and account issues in a stress-free manner.
  • Social media strategy and planning by developing social media strategy and creating media plans to deliver against benchmark KPIs.
  • Planning global campaigns and providing social media support to international markets.
  • Understanding of media and marketing metrics/KPIs, branded content, commerce content, ad technology and platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying.
