We are pleased to be partnering with a global fashion retailer on an exciting HR Manager role. Sitting in a dynamic and collaborative people team, you will support retail teams across the UK and Ireland and partner with the business to drive change and ensure a positive working environment.
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of HR in a true generalist capacity. Managing an HR Advisor and a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work together to deliver HR initiatives that enhance culture, wellbeing and inclusion across the business. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders in the business to design, implement, and deliver effective HR solutions.
- Advise and manage all Employee Relations (ER) matters in a fair and consistent manner, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support on recruitment activities, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Contribute to retention and engagement projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
- Drive Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with the HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices in the retail sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the retail sector is essential.
- Strategic thinker with the ability and proven success with aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Confidence and motivation to proactively address HR challenges and opportunities.
