Sales Productivity Analyst – £290/day (Inside IR35) London (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH) 12-Month Contract
We're looking for a driven Sales Productivity Analyst to play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across the EMEA sales organisation. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of optimising sales processes, building impactful tools and dashboards, and uncovering insights that directly influence revenue outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create a world-class sales experience and be a key partner to leadership in achieving ambitious performance targets.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance sales team efficiency
- Analyse historical and real-time sales data to guide strategic decisions
- Develop tools, dashboards, and reports to empower the sales team
- Lead training and coaching efforts to elevate sales process knowledge
- Streamline lead management systems, including scoring and automation
- Align sales and marketing around the customer journey
- Monitor and report on key sales productivity metrics
- Deliver regular insights and updates to senior sales leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or productivity roles
- Advanced spreadsheet/data processing skills and strong analytical mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Eloqua, Adobe eSign, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Cognism is a big plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for process improvement
